Zubeen Garg’s Death Case: संगीतकार शेखर ज्योति गोस्वामी को SIT ने किया गिरफ्तार, सिंगापुर यॉट ट्रिप में थे मौजूद

Police officials confirmed that Shekhar Jyoti Goswami had been arrested after being detained for questioning. However, the details of the allegations against him have not yet been made public. It is also not clear whether formal allegations will be lodged against him or not. In some media reports, Shekhar Jyoti has been described as close aide of Zubeen and some claim that he was the drummer of his band. The police has not yet issued any official statement in this case.

Significantly, Jubin Garg went to attend and perform in Singapore North East India Festival. But they drowned while floating in the sea. The doctors tried hard, but could not be saved. There is a deep mourning wave in his fans and the whole of Assam since this accident.

In connection with the investigation, SIT today also raided the houses of two other important persons. These include the organizer of the festival, Shyamakunu Mahanta and Siddharth Sharma, manager of Zubin. Only house helpers were found in the house in Geetanagar, Mahanta, while Jubin’s manager’s flat at Dhiranpara was found closed. In the presence of the magistrate, the house was searched by breaking the lock. Local residents said that Siddharth Sharma’s mother, brother and sister are also missing since Zubin’s death.

In view of the seriousness of the matter, the Assam government has given special DGP M.P. A 10 -member SIT has been constituted under the leadership of Gupta. People across the state are demanding to bring out justice and truth in this matter. After this arrest, it is expected that the layers behind the untimely death of Zubin Garg will open gradually and the investigation will reach the decisive turn.
