Mumbai. Karishma Kapoor’s X Husband and businessman Sanjay Kapoor will be cremated in Delhi today. Apart from this, a prayer meeting will be held on 22 June in his memory. Sanjay died of a heart attack while playing Polo in London. Sanjay’s family issued a press note, which has given his funeral details. It is being told that the rituals of his funeral will be held at Lodhi Road crematorium, New Delhi at 5 pm on Thursday.

This update came when sources close to the family shared that Sanjay’s funeral was delayed due to legal formalities related to his US citizenship. Sanjay’s father -in -law and his wife Priya Sachdev’s father Ashok Sachdev told NDTV that the funeral will take place in Delhi. He had said, “The postmortem is currently running. After the paperwork is completed, the body will be brought to India for the last rites.”

Heart attack died due to heart attack

Sanjay Kapoor was Karisma Kapoor’s ex -husband and a close friend of Prince William. He died on 12 June during a polo match in England. Many reports said that Sanjay suffered a heart attack while playing Polo. Later some reports claimed that the heart attack was caused by a bee sting. However, the official statement on Sanjay’s death has not come yet.
