Shocking reason Roman Reigns stopped wearing his vest. Now when Roman Reigns returned at SummerSlam 2020, Reigns returned with not only a new attitude, but a new look as well. Reigns dropped his iconic Shield-style vest, and one of the reasons behind Reigns getting rid of that vest, is because of how heavy it was. Those custom made vests weighed around 40 pounds, making it very difficult to wrestle in, and let’s just say Reigns didn’t complain much when WWE wanted to change up his look.
