Due to network congestion or some other reasons, its setup time has been 12 seconds more than the acceptable levels. Airtel has also had a higher rate in many cities.

The performance of BSNL has been poor in both segments. Its call drop rate in Una has increased to 15 percent. The voice quality of this company has also been poor.
