It’s over for Seth Rollins. Now there’s no doubt most fans were hoping that there was a chance WWE were working fans with Seth’s injury, potentially leading to a surprise return at SummerSlam, but unfortunately, those hopes have officially been squashed. During an appearance on The Rich Eisen Show earlier today, Seth revealed that the injury will keep him on the shelf for an extended period of time, with Rollins now having the mindset that he hopes he’ll be able to return in time for WrestleMania next year, which is just disastrous news for WWE, as Seth was heavily factored into the creative plans for the foreseeable future.
