Hero Motocorp’s New Vida VX2 to Get Battery-AS-A-Service Option

With this, customers will be able to pay based on the actual use of their electric scooters and they will not need to worry about the situation of the battery or change. The BAAS option in the segment of electric vehicles was started by MG Motor last year with Windsor EV. This has reduced the initial price of this electric crossover. However, additional battery rental per kilometer has to be repaid with it. This option has received good response from customers. Windsor is the best -selling EV for the last few months.
Hero MotoCorp’s VIDA’s charging ecosystem is growing rapidly. This includes more than 3,600 fast charging stations and more than 500 service points in more than 100 cities. Information about the price and subscription plan of Vida VX2 can be given soon. The company has planned to increase its presence in this segment. Three models are being sold under the VIDA brand of Hero MotoCorp. The company had said that it would launch two new electric scooters on 1 July.
