Question: As the lead actress of the film, you did not think that you should have received the National Award too?
answer: To be honest, whatever award the film won, I am involved in it. I have also won the winning award till now, I never said that he is just my award, but it is everyone’s award. By the way, I am very much that I received 2 National Awards of ‘The Keral Story’. This film is our film and the biggest is that people also promoted this film on social media. Some have caught the poster and stood at the railway station, then this award belongs to all of us and I do not have such a small thinking that I should think about the award for myself.

Question: How do you see ‘The Kerala Story’ in her 17 -year career?
answer: I did many films in my career which became quite famous, but even today people praise my first film ‘1920’ which came in 2008. At the same time, when it comes to action films, people still remember the film ‘Commando’. My film ‘Heart Attack’, which was a debut film of my South, was also praised in South, so I have done many films that I am proud of. At the same time, after ‘The Kerala Story’, my web series ‘Sunflower’ also got a lot of love on OTT, but ‘The Kerala Story’ is a film that felt that people have personally picked it up on their shoulders and this is one that people of all ages have seen. So yes, this film proved to be very lucky for me. This is the biggest film of my career.

Question: What was the reaction of the family after watching ‘The Kerala Story’?
answer: Actually, my grandmother, who is a teacher and was going to see this film first with her students, then I told her that I am only acting in that film, because there are rape scenes in that film, I was also a little afraid that my grandmother would think, but when my grandmother saw this film, I told me how educational film is and this film should be seen. He then told me that I am proud of you that you worked in this film. All other family members were also very happy to see this film. They all liked this film very much.

Question: If you have also worked in South, then what is the way to work there, is it different from Bollywood?
answer: I made South films because from there I got the offer and I liked the role and in real life, my mother is half of Karel and half is Italian and my father is half Punjabi, half is from UP and half is from Tamil and her mom is from Kashmir. So I never thought much about the language. Now you see in my film ‘The Kerala Story’ we are talking in 40 percent Malayalam, while this is a Hindi film. To be honest, I do not feel anything different.
