X (first Twitter) will no longer remain just a social media platform. Elon Musk has confirmed that his X Money Payment Service is going to start in ‘very limited access beta’ soon. This information was given by MUSK itself responding to a tweet, in which he wrote that when it is saved by people, it is important to be very careful. According to the information surfaced so far, X Money will act like a digital wallet. Users will be able to link their bank accounts in it and can also transfer other users directly to other users by adding funds to the debit card, due to partnership with Visa.

In response to a tweet by @TeslaownersV, Elon Musk made a hint of its early release. X Money is actually part of the vision of Elon Musk in which he wants to make X a “Everything App” i.e. all-in-one app. Through this service, users will be able to do work like sending, receiving, receiving and managing funds inside the X app, that too without a different app or third party.

According to the information surfaced so far, X Money will act like a digital wallet. Users will be able to link their bank accounts in it. A few months ago, Musk partnership with Visa for this. This makes it clear that users will be able to transfer other users directly by adding funds to the debit card on this platform. Musk’s company X has also taken money transmission licenses in 41 states of America, which is believed that the service will be launched first in the US and then at the international level.

Elon Musk has already indicated that X Money will not be limited to basic payments only in future. Later on, financial tools like high-aged savings account, loan and debit cards can also be added to it. Its purpose is to give a direct competition to players like Venmo, PayPal and Apple Pay.

However, Musk has also made it clear that X Money will be tested for very limited users in the initial stage, so that there is no risk regarding security and data protection. User experience, fraud detection and backand processing will be closely observed, then gradually its scale will be increased.

No official launch date of X Money has been announced so far, but given the company’s preparation and Musk’s statement, its rollout can begin in the second half of this year.
