From July 20, 2020, the Consumer Protection Act 2019 has been implemented across the country. After the Consumer Protection Act-2019, consumers have got many rights. The Consumer Protection Act 2019 also gives the customer the strength to fight the companies which were not in the earlier consumer law. Now customers can file their complaint in the consumer forum under the new law. The forum will take action on their complaints within a month of the complaint.
