easy recipe to make bada

During the conversation, Lakshmi Verma also shared an easy recipe for making urad dal bada. He told that first of all urad dal is kept soaked in water for two to three hours. After this, the pulses are washed thoroughly to remove its skin. Then it is finely ground in the mixer. After the mixture is ready, it is given a round or flat shape by hand and fried in hot oil on low flame for 15 to 20 minutes, so that the crispiness remains from inside. When the bada becomes golden and crisp, it is served with tomato chutney or green coriander chutney. Lakshmi tells that urad dal bada is so tasty to eat that once eaten, one cannot forget it.
