Shakti Mohan started her journey by winning the second season of ‘Dance India Dance’ in the year 2010, where her contemporary and jazz dance styles won everyone’s hearts. After this he did not look back. He tried to cure his daughter by using traditional medicine as well as by motivating her to walk and then dance. Shakti Mohan’s biggest struggle is related to his audition for ‘Dance India Dance Season 2’. Shakti herself has told many times that she had to stand in the crowd for hours at the audition venue, hungry and thirsty. For a moment he felt like leaving it all behind and going back, but that struggle from his childhood kept him back.
