New Delhi: In the film ‘Mela’, his brother Faisal Khan’s Yarana with Aamir Khan was very much liked by the audience, but today there has been so much distance between them that Faisal Khan has decided to take legal action against brother Aamir and family. When Faisal Khan said in an interview recently, he was being misbehaved with him for many years, Aamir and his family said in a statement that Faisal’s statement misleads.

Now Faisal Khan revealed in an interview to ‘Bollywood bubble’ that he has decided to end all the relationship with the family. He will not take any financial help from brother Aamir. Faisal said in his official statement that he should not be considered part of his late father Tahir Hussain or mother Zeenat Tahir Hussain’s family. Faisal clearly said that he will not have any right in the property of the parents nor will he be responsible in any property case.

Accused of making a wrong statement against sister and mother

Faisal Khan refused to stay in brother Aamir’s house and also turned down the financial help from him. He explained the reason for his decision to the old events that took place between 2005 and 2007. Faisal said, ‘I was forcibly given medicines between 2005 and 2006. I was kept imprisoned at home by going against my wish. Some family members did this for personal benefit. In 2007, when some family members pressurized me to give up the right to sign, I left home. My mother Zeenat and elder sister Nikhat Hegde made a wrong statement against me that I have paronoid schizophrenia and I am a threat to society. In 2008, the court gave a final decision in my favor and called the family allegations wrong.

Faisal Khan accused the family of defaming him. He further said, ‘My family is once again plotting against me, defaming. He made a wrong statement that I am misleading and presenting the fact incorrectly. He appealed to the people to respect his privacy and went to court the next month and asked for legal action against the family.
