Let me tell you, in the year 2012, Malaika Arora, Saif Ali Khan and his wife Kareena Kapoor Khan, sister Amrita Arora and many friends went to dinner at a five star restaurant in South Mumbai. A person present in the restaurant quarreled after a debate with him. South African citizen and NRI Iqbal Mir Sharma lodged an FIR on a complaint against Saif Ali Khan, Amrita’s husband Shakeel Ladak and his friend Bilal Amrohi at the Kolaba police station.
According to the Indian Express, on April 30, the court again warned Malaika Arora that a non-bailable warrant would be issued if she is absent. After appearing in court on Wednesday, a bailable warrant of Rs 5,000 issued against him was canceled. The prosecution also demanded issuing summons to the complainant through email, as it has not yet appeared to make a statement.
Later, when Saif Ali Khan went to the washroom, he heard some noise and recognized Saif’s voice. Amrita Arora said that she saw that the person who had entered her enclaws was punching and assaulting Saif and there was a quarrel, which she stopped.
