Kalki said in a conversation with Elina Decisions, ‘I used to reach my Swift car at the Filmfare Awards. My dress was bigger than the car and sometimes security did not let me go inside. I had to show my invitation card and had to say, ‘I am this!’

Kalki Koechlin is not a sign of rebellion. This is a decision to give importance to ease and liberation. She says, ‘I don’t want that kind of lifestyle. When you do not have a crowd of people, less people notice you. Only the airport is crowded – I have given those 1.5 hours to fans and selfies.

Kalki believes in the need for PR and security for big stars, although she also taunted the passion of showing, ‘I know people who live in a bedroom flat, but reach with Audi and driver in meetings. Image management is everything. But I would like to spend on living in a beautiful house in Goa and flying back to Mumbai. This is my luxury definition.
