New Delhi. Sonu Nigam performed at the East Point College, Bangalore. Singers were singing their iconic Hindi songs, meanwhile, a fan shouted loudly and started speaking Kannada-Kannada. Angry singer stopped the song in the middle and explained to the boy. A video came out on Estagram in which Sonu was telling the crowd that he loves to sing Kannada and he respects the people of Karnataka, but still the boy gave him ‘threatening’ to sing in Kannada. Sonu also mentioned the incident of Pahalgam.
In the video going viral, Sonu said that he loves singing Kannada and he respects the people of Karnataka. In the video, he says, ‘I have sung songs in all languages. But the best songs of my life are in Kannada. Whenever I come among you, I come with great love. We do shows every day, but whenever there are shows anywhere in Karnataka, we come with great respect because you guys have considered us our family ‘.
Sonu again told how the fan ‘threatened’ him to sing in Kannada. He said, ‘I did not like that I am singing Kannada songs before a boy who does not have age, as much as he is there.
