55 कट्स के बाद कन्हैयालाल हत्याकांड पर बनी ‘उदयपुर फाइल्स’ हुई रिलीज, दर्जी के बेटे को उम्मीद ‘मिलेगा न्याय’

New Delhi. The film ‘Udaipur Files’, based on the famous Kanhaiyalal murder case of Rajasthan, has finally got the green signal from the censor board. This film is set to release in 4500 theaters across the country today. The film, which has been facing controversies and legal hurdles for a long time, has now got a chance to reach the audience. The incident of the ruthless murder of Kanhaiyalal in Udaipur in June 2022 shook the entire country. ‘Udaipur files’ based on this true incident presents that painful reality in front of the audience.

Kanhaiyalal’s son Yash Sahu said about the film, ‘This film shows the tragedy with my father. This is a true story and I hope that they will get justice through it. Yash told that this film will bring the pain of his family to the country. Even today my family is facing that pain. In fact, this movie is an attempt to bring out the truth. We are fighting for justice to punish criminals, but we have not been able to get success yet.

At the same time, Kanhaiyalal’s wife Jasoda Sahu said emotional and said that when the film was stopped, he had written a letter to the Prime Minister and pleaded. He said, ‘This film is a true picture of our family struggle and pain. Everyone should see it. The same incident will come again in front of the eye, so only children will go to see. The children’s aunt and aunt have also refused to watch the film. However, we have seen the trailer and do not dare to watch the film. Despite all the barriers, the film is being released. In such a situation, now we are confident that justice will also be found.

The film was directed by Bharat S. Srinet and Jayant Sinha have done, in which Vijay Raj is in the role of Kanhaiyalal. The film also stars Preity Jhangiani and Mushtaq Khan in important roles. The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has approved the film with 55 cuts. The Delhi High Court also recently cleared the release of the film, saying that it would not affect a fair hearing.
