People feel a cat or a bear while doing this. She has been practicing it for 3 years. Let me tell you, quadrobics is a growing online trend in which people walk on four legs. The practice made headlines for the first time in 2008 when Japanese runner Kenichi Eto set a world record of running on four legs.
