Harbhajan Singh said in an interview to Film Science, ‘Surya is a very good actor. She is also funny and she has the flirtatious that needs in the characters of Hera Pheri. If I say something else, there will be a dispute, but after the news of Paresh Rawal leaving the film, I thought of Surya’s name first. Harbhajan added further in a funny manner, ‘Look, Surya may not be able to act like Paresh Rawal, but at least he will not forget the dialogues. If they get this role, then I must also have 15% credit in it!
Why Paresh Rawal left the film?
The real reason for being out of the film was cleared by Paresh Rawal’s lawyers. According to him, ‘Makers did not send the entire draft of the story, screenplay and agreement to Paresh ji. Apart from this, the original producer Sajid Nadiadwala had also sent a legal notice, which increased the dispute. In such a situation, Paresh decided to withdraw money from the film instead of violating the rules.
His lawyers also said that Paresh’s respect for filmmaker Priyadarshan remains intact, but now he does not feel that the character of ‘Babu Bhaiya’.
Can Pankaj Tripathi be the right option?
A large number of fans are demanding on social media that Pankaj Tripathi should be made the next Babu Bhaiya. Pankaj himself has also spoken about this, but he politely refused to compare it with Paresh Rawal.
