New Delhi. One of the most popular films of the 90s is going to be a sequel to ‘villain’. Famous director Subhash Ghai has recently confirmed that the script of the film has been completed. Now the team will soon finalize the cast of the film and the rest of the team. He announced the sequel of the blockbuster that came 22 years ago by Madhuri Dixit and Sanjay Dutt.
Subhash Ghai said in an interview, ‘Yes, the script is ready and now the rest of the actors and technical teams will be cast soon’. ‘Khalnayak’ was released in the year 1993 and the film proved to be a tremendous hit. In this film, Sanjay Dutt played a gangster named Ballu, who is still considered one of his most famous characters. At the same time, Madhuri Dixit played the role of Ganga, which the audience liked very much.
The song “What is behind Choli” was in a lot of controversies at that time, but that song became a chartbuster. Surrounded by controversies, this song created panic as soon as it was released. Even today, this song is on people’s tongue.
New starcast will be held in the sequel of the villain

The story of the villain revolves around a police officer Ram and his fiancé Ganga. The two together try to catch a dangerous criminal Ballu. When Ballu runs away from the police, the Ganges goes to undercover and takes responsibility to catch it.
Ganga wins Ballu’s faith by becoming a road artist. Gradually she starts understanding her painful past. Ballu is also attracted towards the Ganges, but when he comes to know the real identity of the Ganges, he gets angry. Despite this, Ganga does not back down from its mission.
