शाहरुख-गौरी और नेटफ्लिक्स के खिलाफ मानहानि का केस, समीर वानखेड़े ने मांगे 2 करोड़ रुपए, लगाए ये आरोप

Mumbai. IRS officer Sameer Wankhede has filed a case against Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan’s company Red Chillies Entertainment, Netflix and many others. Sameer has filed this case in the Delhi High Court. He has demanded this for permanent and compulsory prohibition, clarification and compensation under the case. Sameer Wankhede alleges that his image has been spoiled in the ‘Bads of Bollywood’, which was strengthened under the banner of Red Chillies and stream on Netflix.

Sameer Wankhede has alleged that a false, malicious and defamable clip has been shown against him in the TV series Bads of Bollywood. In this series, the wrong and negative image of anti -drugs agencies is shown. Because of this, public confidence in law enforcement institutions is decreasing.

Sameer Wankhede claimed that the series has been designed with the aim of tarnishing his reputation. The case between him and Aryan Khan is going on Bombay High Court and Mumbai’s NDPS Special Court. It was also claimed in the allegation that a character in the series is shown to be a pornographic pointing after the ‘Satyamev Jayate’ slogan, in which he shows the middle finger. This act is a serious and sensitive violation of the provisions of the National Honor Prevention of Incommunications Act, 1971, which is punishable under the law.

Additionally, the content of the series violates different provisions of the Information Technology Act and the Code of India (BNS), as it attempts to hurt the national spirit using vulgar and objectionable materials. As a compensation of defamation, Sameer Wankhede has a mother of 2 thousand crores. This damage will be donated to the Tata Memorial Cancer Hospital for the treatment of cancer patients.
