New Delhi: Rapper speed has targeted Indian -origin Canadian rapper Tommy Genesis about his new music video, True Blu. The speed has accused Tommy of disrespecting his religion in the video. He not only reported the video himself, but also urged his fans to do the same. In the controversial video, Tommy is shown to wear paint on a blue body, adorned with gold jewelery, red bindi and red lips. After seeing this, many people have compared their image to Hindu goddess Maa Kali.
The video features Tommy holding a cross and making improper gestures, including licking the cross and doing sensual acts. The video released on 20 June has created anger online, in which many people have accused him of disrespecting both Hinduism and Christianity. The speed expressed his anger on his Instagram stories on Sunday. He criticized the video and encouraged his followers to report the music video of Tommy Genesis on YouTube.

He also posted a screenshot of his report submission and wrote, ‘Report it.’ In another post, he said, ‘This is a joke of my religion .. It should not happen ..’ which made it clear that he has expressed clear displeasure about the clip… other followers on True Blu Music Video on YouTube repeated the feelings of speed. One user wrote, ‘Thanks for telling us and reporting this video, the other ..’ The other said, ‘Dear Tommy, Kali did not destroy the demons for this.’ Nevertheless, it was written in another comments, ‘You are really insulting mother Kali (Hindu Goddess) and Christianity together. This is very disgusting! Remove this video.
