New Delhi. Shubhangi Atre is known for working in the popular serial ‘Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai’. In this show, she appeared in the role of Angoori Bhabhi. Recently, Shubhangi Atre told that along with his acting, there is a keen interest in music. Music is inhabited by his soul and this love got him from the love of his parents’ singing and melodious music. Shubhangi recently appeared in ‘Kahe Saiya’ music video.

In a conversation with IANS, Shubhangi shared memories of his childhood. He told, ‘Music has been a part of my life. I have grown up to see my mother working in the kitchen. My father loves Ghazal very much, so he always heard at home. Even today, I start the day with mantras and listen to jazz or fusion at night. Music is inhabited in my soul. It was my dream to contribute to music and my new song is a small step in this direction.

Shubhangi Atre became emotional after listening to the song

Shubhangi told that the song ‘Kahe Saiya’ is not just a creative step, but also personal. He said, ‘When I heard this song based on raga Jog, which has a mark of Karun Ras, I became emotional. It has deep pain and feelings and this is what inspired me to present it as a visual story. On hearing the song, those scenes emerged in my mind. I wanted to give the audience not just a song, but also to give special experience with a story.

With this music video, Shubhangi has also stepped into production. He told that he got the inspiration to take this step from the industry who shaped his life, the actress said, ‘I always wanted to give the industry something meaningful, which gave me so much. The characters of acting keep coming, but I used to think what I really were giving? This project is a small effort to mine.

Shubhangi Atre’s music video ‘Kahe Saiya’ was launched on 9 July at Novara in Malad, Mumbai. The song is sung by Akash Patwari and Shubhangi Atre himself has produced it. This video has been released under the music label G music company. Shubhangi is known for his brilliant performances in serials like ‘Kasauti Zindagi Ki’, ‘Kasturi’, ‘Two Hanson Ka couplet’, ‘Chidiya Ghar’ and ‘Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain’.
