Ali Fazal, while linking the connection of ‘Metro these days’ with ‘Three Idiots’, said that the experience of playing the guitar in the film’s song ‘Give Me Same Sunshine’ came in handy in the new film.
Pritam’s songs are difficult
In a conversation with news agency IANS, Ali Fazal said, ‘I had to learn afresh. For some shots I have to learn cords because Pritam da’s songs are very difficult. He demands separate demand from you. Once I had said that I cannot do it, but the team together took the path of it.

Ali also shared the experience of working with Anurag Basu. He said, ‘Working with Anurag was very satisfying. The ways of working of him and Vishal Bhardwaj are very similar. The crew and camera team is an extension of their thinking, which comes out every time with the best work. Everyone knows their rhythm. I added my rhythm in it. This film with four stories had a limited time, yet Anurag used to come in the middle of the scene and give some new suggestions and this is his specialty.

Pritam has prepared the music of this film made under the banner of Gulshan Kumar and T-Series. Bhushan Kumar, Krishna Kumar, Anurag Basu and Tani Basu have produced the film. The multistarrer film will be released in theaters on 4 July.
