New Delhi: Hina Khan is currently recovering from stage three breast cancer. And this time it is seen that when a person goes through some difficulty, he often turns to spirituality. These days Hina Khan is also doing something similar. During her recovery, the actress along with her boyfriend Rocky Jaiswal visited Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s ashram in Bengaluru. Both of them joined Vikrant Masi, Sheetal Thakur and others for the Art of Living Session by the spiritual guru. After participating in it, Hina posted several pictures on her Instagram account and shared her experience.

Talking on IG, Hina shared a note, in which she highlighted her experience and lesson learned in Bengaluru. The actress said that yoga helps a person to connect with universal power. Hina wrote, ‘He learned a lot in this beautiful ashram away from the rush of urban life. From breath control techniques to mindfulness. There is a lot at this place, such as Sudarshan Kriya, Sahaj Samadhi, intuition program and more. The TV actress further said, ‘A lot of therapy and experience brings you closer to nature and yourself. Everyone should come here and experience it themselves to see the change.
