Recently, the superstar spoke about this epic film adaption and told that he will join this project as a producer. Aamir Khan said that ‘Mahabharata’ is one of his biggest dreams. He is going to start work on ‘Mahabharata’ this year.

During the interview with The Hollywood reporter, Aamir Khan said, “I hope I will start working this year.” He told that he wants to make ‘Mahabharata’ in many parts like ‘The Lord of the Rings’, but he also said that it will not start immediately, because writing will take time. Aamir Khan said, ‘It will take some time, because the writing process will take a few years.’

What will be the role of Aamir Khan in ‘Mahabharata’?
Aamir Khan said that he is not yet sure whether he will act in ‘Mahabharata’ or not. But his team will casting the actor suitable for every character. He said, ‘We will see who will be fit for which role.’ He also told that he cannot direct this film himself, because it is a big project and many films will be needed to tell the whole story.

Many directors will be needed
He said, ‘I don’t think the story of Mahabharata can be told in a film. Therefore, many films will be made on this. I am looking at it on a big scale. It is very early to say this, but we may need many directors.

Aamir Khan will be seen in ‘Stars Bhumi Par’
Talking about the work front, Aamir Khan was last seen in ‘Lal Singh Chadha’ (2022), which flopped at the box office. Now he is bringing his new film ‘Stars Zameen Par’. The film is being directed by RS Prasanna and Aamir will again be seen with Darsheel Safari and he will also be accompanied by Genelia Deshmukh. However, the release date of the film has not been decided yet.
