मलाइका अरोड़ा को कोर्ट की आखिरी चेतावनी, पेश न होने पर वारंट जारी होगा

Giving the actress the last chance, the court has set the next hearing of the case for July 9.

The court sought report till 29 April
The court had issued a bailable warrant of Rs 5,000 against him earlier this month and sought a report by 29 April. Now he has been given the last chance to appear. In this case, along with Malaika, her sister Amrita Arora and other people have also been made witnesses.

Amrita Arora has registered a statement
On March 29, Amrita Arora recorded her statement in the court. He told that while they were having dinner, then a person came to him and started speaking loudly and asked to remain silent. Amrita said in the statement that after some time she saw that the same person started assaulting Saif Ali Khan. He told the court that the quarrel started with the first debate which later turned into a scuffle.

Saif Ali Khan along with his wife Kareena Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, Malaika Arora, Amrita Arora and some friends had gone for dinner at a Five-Star Hotel in Mumbai. At the same time, NRI businessman Iqbal Mir Sharma objected to Saif and his group’s loud voice and uproar.
