Pakija’s real name is Vasugi. She hails from Karaikudi in Sivagangai district of Tamil Nadu and has made her name in the Telugu film industry by acting in many popular films. She became famous for her role as Pakija in Mohan Babu’s film Assembly Rowdy. After that, he worked in many hit films like ‘Rowdy Gari Palem’, ‘Mama Garu’, ‘Rowdy Inspector’, ‘Chittamma Mogudu’, ‘Brahma’, ‘Pedarayudu’, ‘Rowdy MLA’, ‘Amma Antiman’, ‘Sitanatnam Gari Abbay’ and ‘Annamayya’.

Vasugi said that as long as Jayalalithaa was, she did not face any kind of trouble, but the situation has changed completely after her death. He said that it has become difficult to live now and sometimes she is ready to beg.
Vasugini, who came to meet Kanakadurgamma in Vijayawada from Chennai, was welcomed by the media in Guntur. Speaking on the occasion, he expressed grief that even though he sent videos to the prominent people of the Tamil film industry to tell his position, no one responded. He reminded that the families of Chiranjeevi, Nagbabu and Mohanbabu are standing with him in Tollywood.
