भारत में पाकिस्तानी कंटेंट पर बैन, ओटीटी प्लेटफॉर्म को निर्देश.

The central government has taken a big decision amid the ongoing situation between India and Pakistan. All OTT platforms have been instructed that no Pakistani content, songs, podcasts will be shown. This means that Pakistani content has been banned. Now Pakistani songs and web series will not be able to see the audience.

Pakistan’s back has been broken since Operation Sindoor of India. Now India has also broken the entertainment industry of the neighboring country. The country has decided that now all the platforms will also clean Pakistani content. Neither pak ks songs nor web series and Pakistani drama. Taking this step, the Government of India has also given strict instructions to all OTT platforms.

Pakistan content ban in India
After the Pahalgam attack, India had banned many Pakistani YouTube channels and celebrities. Now taking a step more, Pakistani content has also been banned. After which the Pakistani industry is going to get a deep shock. Now neither will you get to listen to Pak songs nor any web series. It is clearly given instructions that these rules are also applicable with immediate effect.

Referring to the 2021 IT rules, the government has said that no such content should be shown:

– damage the unity and integrity of India

– There is a threat to the security of the country

– India’s relations with other countries spoiled

– People instigate people for violence or spread disturbance in society

Instructions to OTT

The government has taken this decision in view of the recent terrorist attacks in Pahalgam and the role of organizations associated with Pakistan on 22 April 2025. Due to this, all the streaming platforms present in India have been instructed to remove films related to Pakistan, web series, songs and podcasts with immediate effect, whether they are free or paid.
