Lawyer Mahesh Jethmalani told the court that there is something very secret in the will and indicated that Sanjay Kapoor was not involved in it.
Karisma Kapoor’s children have called the will fake.New Delhi: The children of actress Karisma Kapoor and late businessman Sanjay Kapoor told the Delhi High Court on Monday, October 13, that their father’s alleged will is fake, in which his son’s name is wrongly written and his daughter’s address is wrongly mentioned several times. Karisma Kapoor’s children’s lawyer Mahesh Jethmalani exposed the flaws in the will before the court. He argued that this is very unusual for Sanjay Kapoor. He said the will was so carelessly drafted that it appeared to defame him, strengthening the family’s claim that the document cannot be genuine.
