The name of Aashka Goradia was once known from door to door. He played more than one role in the TV industry. It started in the year 2002 with the serial ‘Suddenly 37 years later’, but the real identity was found from TV serials like Kusum, because mother -in -law, Sindoor Tere Naam Ka. Apart from this, he also made his mark in reality TV shows like Bigg Boss 6, Jhalak Dikhlaja 4, Nach Baliye 8 and Khatron Ke Khiladi 4.
When Goradia’s career was on his height in TV and reality shows, he suddenly surprised everyone by deciding to leave the industry. In this way, after spending nearly 19 years in TV industry, Ashka started the interpreting in 2021 by saying goodbye to TV. He was determined that now he has to try his hand in business.
Ashka stayed on the TV screen for years, where makeup has a very important role. So he made up his mind to start business related to this field. The same start was before leaving TV and in the year 2018, he laid the foundation of the cosmetic brand with Priyank Shah and Ashutosh Valani. When this business started getting bigger, he left TV and decided to try his hand completely in it.
He started his business with an initial investment of Rs 50 lakh. Gradually, his brand Renee began to catch up and the online cell started growing. Within just 2 years, the company’s revenue also crossed Rs 100 crore. In the year 2024, several media reports claimed that the valuation of his brand has reached Rs 1,200 to Rs 1,400 crore. Many funding was also found during this period.
Goradia was already aware of finance. He had told in an interview that when working in TV, he focused on buying his house in Mumbai instead of fulfilling his hobbies. Ashka says that she bought her house in Mumbai at the age of just 23. She currently lives in Goa with her husband and child.
Ashka’s cosmetic brand increased, but he has made more through his earnings. Through social media, he also earns crores of rupees every year. Apart from this, she also runs a yoga studio in Goa with her husband. Today, his net worth is said to be around Rs 1,500 crore, which is seen more than 4 times the net worth of Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor’s 369 crore.
The decision to leave the TV industry was not only for Ashka to earn business or money, but his whole life changed from here. In 2019, she left Mumbai and shifted to Goa with her husband Brent. Brent is an American yoga instructor. This is the reason why she started a Yoga Studio in Goa with her husband. In the year 2023, she also had a son and is enjoying Goradia’s family in Goa.
