Mumbai. Actor Vineet Singh, who has shown his acting in films like ‘Jat’ and ‘Chhava’, shared his heart on the occasion of Independence Day on Friday. He said that he wants to play the role of national heroes like Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Chandrashekhar Azad, and Mahatma Gandhi on the screen. The actor also shared his childhood memories and told how he used to celebrate Independence Day during school days. Vineet Kumar said that since childhood, there has been a lot of changes in celebrating his Independence Day.

Vineet Kumar Singh said, “Last year I was shooting for ‘Jat’ in Hyderabad with Sunny Deol sir. We hoisted the tricolor, sang the national anthem, and distributed sweets. In childhood, I used to polish my shoes, wore uniforms, enjoy the ceremony and attend the school parade; those memories are also fresh today.”

For Vineet Kumar, the date of August 15 is not a common date for him, but a feeling of freedom and responsibility. The actor also expressed his wish. He said, “It would be a pride for me to play the characters of Netaji, Chandrashekhar Azad and Mahatma Gandhi on screen.”
