Preity Zinta and Punjab Kings have brought relief to the flood victims of Himachal Pradesh. The actress appealed to the people for help by expressing the situation in Himachal Pradesh through video on social media.
Preity Zinta’s special appeal to the people.New Delhi: Preity Zinta, a Bollywood actress and co-owner of Punjab Kings, has helped the people affected by the devastating floods in Himachal Pradesh. He shared a video on Instagram, in which Sarabjit Singh Bobby referred to the destruction of floods in Thunag village of Himachal. With this video, Preity requested people to help Himachal.
In the video, Sarabjit Singh Bobby said that on June 30, Himachal’s Thunag village caused severe floods due to cloudburst and heavy rains. This disaster completely destroyed the village. The drains were in spate and 5-6 hours of rain destroyed the entire area. Sarabjit spoke of giving assistance of Rs 30 lakh from Punjab Kings and promised to help further through his organization. Preity Zinta wrote in the caption with the video, ‘Sarabjit Singh Bobby ji and the entire team of Punjab Kings heartily thank them wholeheartedly for the flood relief work in Himachal.’
