पूर्व MP-एक्ट्रेस को अश्लील मैसेज भेजने से जुड़े केस में 12 लोगों के खिलाफ चार्जशीट, मुख्य आरोपी है 1 सुपरस्टार

Bengaluru. Karnataka Police on Thursday filed a charge sheet against 12 people in the court for sending obscene messages to actress and former Congress MP Ramya. This matter came to light when Kannada Ramya had expressed sympathy towards the family of the person killed in the fan murder case. Actor Darshan is the second accused in this case, while his partner Pavitra Gowda is the first accused. Both are currently lodged in Bengaluru Central Jail. The Central Crime Branch (CCB), Bengaluru Unit, has submitted a report totaling 380 pages in the court of the 45th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate.

This report also includes screenshots of obscene messages and comments sent on social media. The police also recorded the statement of Ramya and also took the statements of the 12 accused against whom this charge sheet has been prepared. However, the police are still searching for 6 more people who are involved in this case. Police said that after arresting the remaining accused, a charge sheet will be filed against them also. Of the 12 people arrested so far, 4 are still in jail, while the rest have been granted bail. The court may start hearing this case soon.

Actually, Ramya had shared a post demanding justice in this matter, on which Darshan’s fans targeted her on social media. Ramya lodged a complaint with the police that she received objectionable comments and threats from 43 social media accounts. In these threats, she was even threatened with rape.

Ramya had met Bengaluru Police Commissioner Seemanath Kumar Singh on July 28 and complained about this matter. She said that women also want the same freedom as men, hence they should take action against those who are making such threats and comments on social media.

Ramya told that she had shared the news related to Darshan’s bail plea in the Supreme Court so that people could get hope of justice. Only after this, negative comments started against him on social media. She said, “I have raised my voice for women. If this can happen to me, what will happen to other women?”
