New Delhi: After the Pahalgam attack, the Indian government had banned Pakistani artists and Pakistani YouTube channels, but the profiles of many Pakistani stars have started appearing again, due to which one section is expressing displeasure. Diljit Dosanjh’s film ‘Sardar Ji 3’ is also not taking the name of the controversy. Meanwhile, Suresh Shyamlal Gupta, President of All Indian Cine Workers Association (AICWA), has written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

AICWA has said in the letter that Pakistani artists, social media influencers and YouTube channels are once again appearing on Indian digital platforms. They believe that this is an insult to the martyrs of our country and is equal to the betrayal with the country. He said that those who earn from India cannot support terrorism against India in any form.

Terrorism-mentor is not together

AICWA demanded to close Pakistani artists, social media accounts, channels and any work with them immediately and forever. He says that those who earn money from India cannot promote terrorism against India on behalf of Pakistan. Terrorism and entertainment can never run together. After the Pahalgam terror attack, the Government of India took many big steps. One of them was to block the account of Pakistani artists.

16 Pakistani YouTube channels were also banned
On the recommendation of the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Government of India also banned 16 Pakistani YouTube channels. However, now the social media accounts of Pakistani artists have started appearing. Indian users, including Saba Qamar, Mavra Hocaine, Fawad Khan, Shahid Afridi, Ahad Raza Mir, Yumna Zaidi and Danish Taimur, have started appearing for Indian users. Apart from this, Pakistani YouTube channels like TV, ARY Digital and every moment Jio are also running again. Despite the ban, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has not yet given any reaction to the Pakistani channels and celebrity accounts in India, nor has any statement from the government about the restoration.
