Television actor Veer Sharma has passed away. He and his elder brother were engulfed in the house. Both have died. There was a fire in the drawing room of the fourth floor flat of Deepshree Building of Anantpura police station area.
New Delhi: Television actor Veer Sharma has died in an accident. He became famous by playing the role of Pushkal in Soni Sab’s show ‘Shrimad Ramayana’. He and his elder brother Shaurya Sharma died due to fire in a house on the morning of Sunday, 28 September in Kota, Rajasthan.
According to the police, when the fire broke out, both brothers were alone in the flat. His father Jitendra Sharma was involved in the Bhajan program, while his mother and actress Rita Sharma were in Mumbai at that time. The fire started in the drawing room of the fourth floor flat of Deepshree Building in Anantpura police station area. Kota Superintendent of Police (SP) Tejeshwani Gautam said that there is a suspicion of fire from short-circuit. When the incident happened, the children were sleeping. The fire did not spread in other rooms and it seems that they died due to smoke suffocation.
