The Supreme Court canceled the bail of actor Darshan in the Renukaswamy murder case. After the arrest, his wife Vijayalakshmi reached to meet Darshan, but did not get a special entry. The hearing will be held on 23 August.
New Delhi. Darshan and gang are in jail after the bail was canceled. The Supreme Court had canceled the bail of the accused in the Renukaswamy murder case and ordered the arrest immediately, after which the gang was arrested. Due to the long weekend after the arrest, no one got a chance to meet Darshan. The Supreme Court verdict came on 14 August. August 15 was Independence Day holiday, followed by Saturday and Sunday holiday. But on Monday, Darshan’s wife arrived to meet Vijayalakshmi.
His wife Vijayalakshmi came around 4:30 pm after meeting an actor Darshan, accused of the murder. But Vijayalakshmi did not get permission for special entry.
According to the information, despite requesting request, the jail staff did not let Vijayalakshmi’s car go till the police station. On the jail check post, the car stopped and refused to go ahead.
Finally, Vijayalakshmi had to walk till the jail check post. He met with a normal admission. She came out at around 5 o’clock after meeting half an hour.
Only half an hour’s meeting was allowed due to normal entry. Vijayalakshmi asked the skills and went back. The husband asked Vijayalakshmi about the son.
After Darshan came to Bengaluru, there was some drama before the arrest. There was talk of the escape of the actor sitting in the car. But the police had taken Darshan into custody. But what happened before the arrest? Why were there no darshan in the car? Was this all plan? Darshan did this due to love for son?
Senior officials had ordered the arrest to be arrested on seeing the actor darshan. As soon as the order of the Supreme Court came, Darshan called actor Dhanveer. After calling the police, Dhanveer requested to give some time for darshan. But the police, accepting the order of the Supreme Court, had asked to arrest them immediately.
The police was waiting to arrest the actor. But there were darshan from the back gate to see the son. Dhanveer told the police that he does not know where the actor is darshan. Entered the apartment 15 minutes before the arrest and came to the apartment to meet the son and wife.
The SPP has filed a petition to shift Darshan to Bellary Jail. On this, the Sessions Court has directed the lawyer of the accused to register an objection on 23 August. There will be a hearing in this regard on 23 August.
