New Delhi: Gauri Khan’s Tory came into the limelight recently when a content creator claimed that fake cheese is served in the restaurant. This claim was made on the basis of iodine test which went viral on Instagram. However, the chef of the restaurant issued a statement denying the allegation and explained the science behind the test. Recently, in a conversation with the screen, Head Chef Stephen Gadit spoke openly about the impact on the dispute restaurant.
Stephen said, ‘When we raise a finger on something according to someone, it has an effect. Quality, content or whatever we provide to the customer is better, we had no need to worry. We issued a statement so that people can know what is happening and how things are done. He further said, ‘There are many things going on with food chemistry and food science, it takes four years, putting something on something, just do not wrong me. He did this with his pure intentions, just wanted to investigate.

When asked if he had spoken to the content creator, Stephen said, ‘We talked to the gentleman and tried to understand how things are done in the world of culinary art and how food works. We, as a team, as management, believe that people are sensible to understand what was going on. ‘ Considering how the fake cheese dispute affected the business, Stephen shared, ‘This increased our business and I got more than 20-30 followers on Instagram, so I would say that it was a boon for us.’ At the same time, content creators claiming fake cheese have also got tremendous views and followers.
