कानूनी पचड़े में फंसी Jolly LLB 3, कोर्ट से अक्षय कुमार-अरशद वारसी को नोटिस, 28 सितंबर को होना होगा पेश

New Delhi. Bollywood’s famous film ‘Jolly LLB 3’ is once again stuck in legal trouble. A Pune court has issued a notice to the film’s lead actors Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi. This action has been taken on the petition of lawyer Wajid Khan Bidkar. He alleges that the court proceedings in the film and the judiciary have been made a joke.

According to reports, the petition said that the way lawyers and judges have been introduced in the film are derogatory. The complainant has specifically objected to a scene, in which the judges have been addressed as ‘Mamu’. The court, showing seriousness on this, has ordered Akshay and Arshad to appear personally on September 28.

This is not the first time ‘Jolly LLB 3’ has come into controversies. In May 2024 too, Chandrabhan, president of Ajmer District Bar Association, filed a case against the film’s makers. He had alleged that the film hurts the dignity of the judiciary and shows lawyers and judges ridiculous. Chandrabhan even demanded that the shooting of the film be stopped.

He had said, ‘Looking at the first and second parts, it is clear that the makers do not respect the dignity of the judiciary of the Constitution. Even during shooting in Ajmer and surrounding areas, the attitude of the artists does not look serious.

The first part of the film ‘Jolly LLB’ was released in 2013, in which Arshad Warsi and Saurabh Shukla played the lead roles. This was followed by its sequel in 2017, in which Akshay Kumar was seen in the lead in place of Arshad and he was accompanied by Huma Qureshi.

Now both Akshay and Arshad are going to be seen together in the third part. The film is being directed by Subhash Kapoor. This time the cast also includes Saurabh Shukla, Huma Qureshi, Amrita Rao and Gajraj Rao.
