कन्नड़ सुपरस्टार दर्शन ने विदेश यात्रा की अनुमति के लिए याचिका दायर की

New Delhi. Darshan, the superstar of Kannada films, is accused of involvement in the murder of one of his fans. Darshan in this case is currently out on conditional bail. Some rules have to be followed under conditional bail, such as not going abroad without the permission of the court. Now Darshan has filed a petition in a lower court in Bengaluru. He has sought permission from the court to travel abroad.

Darshan has filed his petition under Section 439 (1) (B) of CRPC. Under this section, if someone gets bail, he can ask the court permission for change or exemption in certain conditions. Darshan has sought permission to go to Dubai and Europe from 1 June to 25 June.

This petition of Darshan was opposed by the lawyer fighting the case on behalf of the government. The government lawyer told the court that if Darshan goes abroad, then there is no guarantee to return him. The court’s decision is expected to come on the petition of Darshan by the end of the day today.

According to sources, after getting bail, he is busy shooting for his upcoming film ‘Devil’. Please tell that the court had earlier banned him from going out of Bengaluru, but later he had approved him to go out. Now Darshan is preparing to go abroad.

On 11 June 2024, Darshan, his fellow Pavitra and 15 others were arrested by the police. All this is accused that he abducted a fan named Renukaswamy, a resident of Chitradurga and then brutally murdered him. It is being said that Renukaswamy sent objectionable and dirty messages to Pavitra. Despite being married, he was angry about maintaining a relationship with Darshan.

According to a close friend of Darshan, there was a competition between Pavitra and Darshan’s wife Vijayalakshmi for jewelery and luxury cars. There was also a fight between the two on social media. Due to these quarrels, fans of Darshan were divided into two groups. According to the police, Renukaswamy supported Darshan’s wife Vijayalakshmi, he criticized Pavitra. The same thing in the end became the cause of Renukaswamy’s brutal murder. The Karnataka Police has challenged the darshan and bail given to others in the Supreme Court.
