अभिषेक बच्चन-ऐश्वर्या राय ने फिर किया दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट का रुख, दायर की याचिका, रखी ये बड़ी डिमांड

Bollywood couples Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan have filed a petition against YouTube and its parent company Google in the Delhi High Court. In this petition, he has also placed a demand for compensation of Rs 4 crore. The couple requested the court to stop the illegal and objectionable use of their personality, face, voice and image on YouTube and related social media platforms.

Fake content increased Abhishek-Aishwarya’s concern

These days, many such videos are going viral on social media, in which their photos and voice have been misused. For which they have filed a petitioner and said that fake videos made with the help of Deepfech and AI on YouTube are becoming increasingly viral, which are not good for their image. In this, he is shown in false and embarrassing circumstances, in one video it was shown that Abhishek Bachchan is suddenly kissing another actress, while in another video, Aishwarya is seen eating food with Salman.

Both Abhishek and Aishwarya have pleaded with the court that such content is tarnishing their image and also dissolving their Nizita. This is the reason that they have lodged a petition with the court, so that such disputed content can be stopped. The Delhi High Court has sent a notice to the legal team of Google, understanding the seriousness of the matter, and asked them to present the accountability written.
