Earlier, Shilpa’s husband and businessman Raj Kundra has been questioned twice, in which she was also questioned for about five hours. Investigation has revealed that a part of the amount of fraud was also deposited in Shilpa Shetty’s bank account, due to which he was sent summons.

In this case, Shilpa’s husband Raj Kundra has already questioned the police twice. Police say that she is investigating whether Shilpa knew about these transactions or she was unaware of it. So far no charge sheet has been filed against anyone.
Mumbai Police issued look out circular against couple
Mumbai Police has issued a look out circular (LOC) against Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra so that they cannot go out of the country. A petition was filed in the Bombay High Court against this circular of both the police, which was rejected by the court.
Raj Kundra said- ‘Truth will be revealed’
At the same time, Raj Kundra publicly denied the allegations and said that ‘the truth will come out’ and they are fully supporting the investigation.
